Lucy has over five years experience working in various human resources and employment relations advisory positions. Lucy’s passion for employment relations and policy derives from her completion of Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales.
Lucy has worked with a wide range of local and international organizations, including Vodafone, The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and Bauer Media Australia. Lucy believes that the greatest asset to any organization are employees and thrives on supporting companies achieve the best in their people.
In May 2015 Lucy joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser, providing advice on an array of employment relations matters. Lucy has a keen commercial focus to ensure the best outcome for the business, in line with the confines of the legislations. This enthusiasm and strive for excellence led to Lucy being a nominee for Adviser of the Year for 2016.
Lucy is driven by the opportunity for positive impact, to empower others, find the best possible solution and above all support one another as a team. Lucy specializes in capability matters and is a champion for onboarding.
Andrea has come from a hospitality management background in New Zealand. Since arriving to Australia she has since completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management to further her knowledge and to combine with her hospitality skill set.
Prior to joining Employsure, Andrea worked in a government supported GTO company as a Recruitment Coordinator for the placement of apprentices throughout NSW and ACT. In this role Andrea specialised in work health and safety assessments of the workplace, mentoring, counselling and career development of young apprentices new to the workforce or returning to the workforce.
In 2015, Andrea joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser. Here, she utilises her exceptional customer service skills and small to medium business management knowledge to assist our clients in managing all aspects of employment relations and ensure excellent results
Andrew is a competent professional, and graduated with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Macquarie University. Having lived abroad in his youth, Andrew gained a wealth of life experience, and strong interpersonal skills which he applies to his profession today.
While studying at Macquarie University, Andrew worked as a Work Health Safety Facilitator for the NSW Government, working to reduce lost time injuries and promote a culture of safety. Andrew moved into a Senior Recruitment Specialist position and was at the forefront of reform within the NSW Government.
Prior to joining Employsure, Andrew worked 12 months as an human resource generalist in the hospitality industry for one of the largest clubs in NSW, gaining exposure to a variety of human resource and industrial relations matters.
In August 2015, Andrew joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser. His passion is for ensuring fair and safe workplaces, while assisting employers to reach practical solutions every day. Andrew continues to use his strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
Since joining Employsure, Andrew has regularly gone above and beyond to assist our clients, and was promoted to Senior Employment Relations Adviser in March 2016.
