Compliance
The first step in our four stage process

Shortly after signing up with Employsure, our consultants will undertake a complaince review, which provides us with detailed background information about their business. We also ask them to provide us with copies of their existing contracts, policies and workplace level agreements.

Our qualified consultants review all of this information to identify any areas in which the client is not compliant with existing workplace regulation or is otherwise at risk. If necessary, the client will also be visited by an Employsure consultant to review and discuss the specific circumstances of the business further.

Following the review, our clients are provided with a comprehensive review report, which details each risk identified by Employsure and suggested solutions. This report is tailored to the specific needs of the client's business. We recognise that no two businesses are alike and tailor our service to meet the specific commercial requirements of each client accordingly.

We then take our client's instructions as to how they want to proceed. Some accept all of our suggested solutions. Others have business reasons for not making the changes. We accept this and aim to work hand in hand with our clients to ensure that we find an outcome that suits the needs of their business, whilst making them aware of the risks that they face.

Once we reach an agreed approach with clients, we provide them with any new documents that they require, or update their existing documents, and then assist them in making the changes. The assigned auditor is available throughout this process to discuss any concerns that our clients have.

It is our policy to be proactive in our approach to workplace relations issues. In line with this, we keep our clients up to date with any changes in regulation that are relevant to them and make sure that their documentation remains compliant.
