Andrea Kilgour
Employment Relations Adviser
Andrea has come from a hospitality management background in New Zealand. Since arriving to Australia she has since completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management to further her knowledge and to combine with her hospitality skill set.
Prior to joining Employsure, Andrea worked in a government supported GTO company as a Recruitment Coordinator for the placement of apprentices throughout NSW and ACT. In this role Andrea specialised in work health and safety assessments of the workplace, mentoring, counselling and career development of young apprentices new to the workforce or returning to the workforce.
In October 2015, Andrea joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser. Here, she utilises her exceptional customer service skills and small to medium business management knowledge to assist our clients in managing all aspects of employment relations and ensure excellent results.
