Employment Relations Adviser
Erin has experience working in various employment relations and human resources advisory positions. She completed a Diploma in Human Resources Management in 2012, and to compliment this she is planning on completing a degree in Psychology.
Erin has gained over 8 years’ of experience working in various industries including oil and gas, construction, mining and engineering services.
Erin enjoys the interpretation of Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and is passionate in providing guidance and advice to businesses on an array of employment relations matters. This has led her to join Employsure in October 2016 as an Employment Relations Adviser.
Erin is excited to support our clients in all aspects of employee management to ensure the success of their business.
