
Karen Tuazon
First Response Assistant
Karen finished her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism at University of the Philippines. She then came to Australia four years ago.
She has extensive experience with customer service and travel. She worked as a Customer Service Representative with IBM Daksh, a contact centre in Manila and with Australia Post as her first job here in Australia. She also booked both domestic and international travels for auditors and trainers as well as managing training venues and materials for SAI Global, a certification company.
Prior to joining Employsure, Karen was working for Peakbound Pty Ltd, one of Westpac’s contact centre as a Customer Service Representative.
Karen joined Employsure on 19 September 2016 as part of the First Response team.
