Lisa has eight years’ experience in various human resources and employment relations positions with a focus on disciplinary, grievance, performance management and capability issues.
Lisa has completed a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management in the UK in 2013, whilst working for a world leader in the betting and gaming industry, primarily in the retail sector of the business. Since coming to Australia she has worked in a variety of industries including mining, hospitality, retail, and wholesale whilst completing a Diploma of Business.
Lisa joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser in October 2016 in order to get back to her real passion, employment relations advice and assisting others. Lisa is seeking to gain a different perspective and challenge, moving from larger employers to dealing with a variety of difference businesses.
