Assistant Head of Service
Louise has a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Human Resources and Marketing from Macquarie University. Louise has a passion for assisting small businesses navigate the complex workplace relations framework that exists in Australia. This passion commenced whilst at university, where she worked for a number of small businesses assisting with their payroll and accounts.
Louise has over ten years of professional experience in employment relations. She has worked in the UK within the public service in a human resources capacity, as well as a Human Resources Manager for a leading multinational organisation with over 40,000 employees.
In 2012 Louise joined Employsure to specialise in employment relations and to work with small businesses as an Employment Relations Consultant. Her passion and results has led her to a number of promotions within Employsure, where she is now currently the Manager of the Advice Services team.
