Mariah joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Graduate upon the successful completion of a Bachelor of Business at Victoria University. Specialising in human resources and marketing, Mariah has developed a strong interest in employment relations, specifically the legal system and the effect this has on small to medium businesses.
Mariah has an extensive background in customer service, with over five years’ experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers. The knowledge developed throughout her studies combined with her customer service experience and skill set ensures Mariah delivers exceptional service and tailored advice to Employsure clients.
Since joining Employsure, Mariah has transitioned into an Employment Relations Documents Adviser with a passion to assist the Employment Relations Advice Team in delivering solutions to clients to ensure they are set up for success.
Coming from a town in Regional Victoria, Mariah is dedicated to providing small to medium business with solutions focused safe outcomes.
