Nicole has extensive passion, knowledge and experience, stemming from the completion of Bachelor of Commerce and Business degree majoring in Human Resource Management. Following graduation, Nicole’s experience included human resource and employment relations for small and large organisations in various industries including healthcare, clerical, financial services, retail and non-for-profit organisations. Prior to joining Employsure, Nicole worked for a public hospital as a Human Resource Consultant. Here she provided human resource and employment relations advice to managers and employees seeking support with all areas of human resources matters including; employee relations, payroll, performance management, policy and procedures, recruitment, safety and has developed interpersonal relationships with all levels of the organisation utilising trust and respect. In April 2016, Nicole joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser, with her exceptional passion for employment relations, she loves working alongside small and large companies and aims to deliver practical and commercial results for our inspiring clients.
