Roman has a large passion for employment relations stemming from his completion of a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology Sydney, where he majored in both Human Resources and Business Law.

Prior to Employsure, Roman was a Customer Service Specialist and a Human Resources Administrator within the Retail Industry for over eight years.

In February 2016, Roman joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Graduate. He enjoys providing our clients with resolutions to present issues and thrives from the satisfaction our clients receive from utilising his knowledge and skills.

Roman joined Employsure to become part of the greatest force in workplace compliance and safety matters. He wanted to join a company who was as passionate about employment relations as he is. He is now represents Employsure as Senior Employment Relations Adviser.
