Swetha graduated from Adelaide University with a double degree in Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian National University where she gained knowledge and a keen interest around workplace relations law.

Prior to joining Employsure, Swetha worked at a law firm where she provided documentation and research support to a Partner and Associate Solicitor. She also undertook an internship at the Australian Human Rights Commission where she helped to advocate for policy reform, and then subsequently completed her Practical Legal Training at a government organisation that assists clients with civil dispute resolution.

Swetha joined Employsure’s Graduate program wanting to apply her legal knowledge and experience to help businesses work around complex workplace relations issues. Employsure’s Graduate program has provided her with this opportunity and a pathway to becoming a specialist employment relations adviser.
