Teegan Clayton
Advice Service Team Leader
Teegan has a very extensive and specialised background in employment and industrial Relations, which she has gained over her 9 years experience within the private and public sector. Teegan has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management, specialising in Public Sector Administration and Policy through Flinders University.
Prior to joining Employsure, Teegan was working within the Office of NSW Industrial Relations as an Investigator. Here, she specialised in workplace investigations into any alleged breaches of the state employment relations legislation. During her time at the Office of Industrial Relations, Teegan was also part of the State Partner Agency and worked in conjunction with the Fair Work Ombudsman as an Inspector. This enabled Teegan to investigate any alleged breaches in both federal and state employment relations legislation, therefore being a dual badge Investigator. This has supported Teegan to understand what the Fair Work Ombudsman is looking for in regards to breaches to employment obligations and specialise in understanding the regulatory framework for small businesses.
In November 2013 Teegan joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Adviser. Due to her hard work ethics and passion for industrial relations, Teegan was promoted to Senior Employment Relations Adviser in October 2014. Since Teegan joined Employsure she has demonstrated the values and ability to successfully be promoted to her current position of Advice Services Team Leader in November 2015.
