Thasnim Rahman
Employment Relations Adviser
Thasnim developed her strong passion for employment relations management when studying a Bachelor of Business specialising in Human Resource Management and Management Consulting at the University of Technology, Sydney.
Prior to joining Employsure, Thasnim worked in multiple industries ranging from market research and the retail industry where she has gained exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Thasnim further developed her knowledge and expertise as a human resources volunteer in a not for profit organisation, fundraising and supporting various charities.
In September 2015, Thasnim began her journey with Employsure in the Sales team, before joining the third intake of Employsure Graduates in August 2016 to pursue her passion in employment relations. Since joining the Advice team, Thasnim’s enthusiasm in assisting employers and employment relations has flourished.
