Upon receiving her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of NSW, Erin joined Employsure as a graduate in 2017, since that time she has risen through the ranks serving in a number of roles including: Employee Relations Advisor where she gained valuable experience helping business owners from various industries. Learning and development Services Team lead, helping new advisors reach their potential.

Erin is now the Australian and New Zealand Face2Face Manager over seeing the provision of on-site and virtual support for Employsure clients.
