A recent campaign conducted by the Fair Work Ombudsman has found employers are becoming more compliant with workplace laws relating to record-keeping and pay slip requirements.
The Fair Work Ombudsman audited employers who had previously breached record-keeping or pay slip requirements. 74% of businesses are now compliant.
Employers need to ensure they know their workplace obligations and put processes in place to ensure ongoing compliance.
