The Advice Academy is where you will build your capability and confidence to become a world class Employment Relations Adviser, providing exceptional advice and supporting small businesses across Australia with their employment relations and health and safety matters.

Document Adviser

The first phase of the Advice Academy will give you hands-on training for you to move on to a Document Adviser role, preparing and modifying tailored documents for clients to implement across their businesses.

Employment Relations Adviser

After you have completed the 12-month program, you will progress to an Employment relations adviser. In this role, you will provide tailored employment relations advice to small business owners across multiple industries.
