There are no major cons to working at Employsure. Overall it is a great environment and employees with the opportunity to work here are quite lucky.

Fantastic company to work for with a great service, delivery of service and people in the organisation. Fast paced environment which is always looking to be better through delivering clear visions and values back to their employees. Growing company with a high energy and high performance culture and most importantly high investment in their employees and future managers.

Cons
Very few cons if any, the only challenges are to keep up our own success we have had to date.

Pros
there is so much potential for any staff member here. the opportunities are endless if you come in with a positive attitude and eagerness to work.
the company is always offering amazing incentives, bonus and progression opportunity and who can complain about free daily breakfast and Friday drinks.
there is multiple programs for career progression and AMAZING financial reward for doing well.

i have actually sat here for 15 minutes, and genuinely cannot think of one to write.

Pros
Approaching 6 months at Employsure and I am loving the position and the people. The company has a “can do” attitude and from induction, training, support, remuneration and benefits (including a newly announced car) are second to none. Great people internally, fantastic support for all staff and a CEO who is so hands on it makes you want the business to succeed. Little things like at quarterly seminars he makes an effort to walk around at breakfast time and have a chat to you…. A fantastic culture that is improving and I am looking forward to what the future holds.

Cons
None. I just wish I was aware of this business earlier. So far I cannot fault anything.

Pros
Working at Employsure has challenged me from day one. The business never stands still and neither does my role. I have had to work my hardest and be my best to keep up, but in doing so have had the most rewarding period of my professional life. It has been a pleasure to work at and grow with Employsure.

Cons
The challenge with such a fast growing business is that you may not keep up. The skills that I needed two years ago when we were 100 hundred people are significantly different to the skills needed in a 400 business across two countries. The business is bigger than the sum of individuals so it is unfortunately fairly unforgiving if you cannot maintain pace.

Pros
Employsure is a very fast growing company which makes it an incredibly exciting place to work!
There is a very clear employee focus on career progression with a lot of opportunity to grow within the company.
There is a strong sense of caring and family while working for this company and you really feel like management is willing to get behind you and is rooting for you to succeed.
The people here are amazing and its clear Talent do an incredible job picking people with the same core values which makes the company a really great place to work.
I have never worked for a company as employee focused as Employsure.
Their whole ethos is to improve and keep on improving and to be the greatest – The greatest in their field and the greatest place to work and its just exciting to be apart of!

Cons
We had a temporary ball pit to signify the achievement of reaching 10,000 clients. The only drawback I can think of is that it was temporary.

Pros
Ed is an amazing MD, who really does take pride in his company and his people! Employsure continually develop the business to ensure employee satisfaction is high, and you are rewarded for your hard work here. The management team are great, and really supportive, and they always have your best interests at heart. If it wasn’t for my visa regulations, I would not be leaving.

Cons
The break times are quite regimented on the sales floor.

Pros
Very young and dynamic team with plenty of energy and enthusiasm to match the growth that the company is currently experiencing. everything was organised and on point. Great interaction between teams and shadowing with some different departments to have some idea of how the wheels turn in employsure.

Cons
The pay structure is not exciting for senior staff. They are fixed with the amount they are willing to provide as a base and i understand there has not been a pay review for a number of years, which does not fill me with hope about increases in the base salary in the future. However i may be wrong!

Pros
The induction is well organised and all of the key staff commit to participating in the induction program.
When you start all the tools, computers and system access requirements are provided and there are very limited glitches with the on-boarding process.
The office is an open plan space and colleagues are helpful, friendly and dedicated to helping one another.
There are extremely good rewards for employees who work diligently and embrace the company’s core values.

Cons
Life can get busy but that is balanced by a very supportive supervision team adn daily reporting systems

Pros
Kick starting a career with Employsure has been an exciting journey with a world of learning and development opportunities. The culture is next to none, working with a team who all embrace the same values and passion for the service that we offer. The office space is beautiful with a collaborative vibe. Not to forget we always make time to celebrate our successes together.

I am not just saying this but it honestly difficult to think of a con. If you love working in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative environment than Employsure is the place for you.

Pros
Employsure is a great company to work for. I came on board as an Employment Relations graduate at the beginning of the year and have loved every moment of it. The culture of the business is second to none and the staff are extremely friendly.

The level of training that Employsure has provided has given me the confidence to assist clients to a high standard. I would recommend Employsure for anyone seeking a career in employment relations.

I have been working at Employsure for almost two years and in this time have been lucky enough to learn a great deal about the Australian employment relations system and develop my skills as a trusted adviser.

In this short time I have been presented with countless opportunities to stretch and grow both professionally and personally. In the same period of time I have been provided with two promotions, something which is generally unheard of in the industry.

Employsure is a fantastic place to work with a high performing and high rewarding culture. This is a Company where you build a career, not just complete a job for a paycheck!
