The Employsure Graduate Program.
If you are available to work full time from September 2019 and are passionate about customer service and workplace relations this is the Grad Program to aspire to. This is an opportunity that will have you immediately working hands on, engaging with our clients. You won’t be stuck doing coffee runs or photocopying all day, this is a role where you are going to merge straight into the team while being mentored and supported by an experienced team member.
You will work our standard business week of Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 in our modern offices in Sydney CBD. In your first six months you will experience life in multiple departments and build your technical knowledge in both group and one on one training sessions. At the end of the six month Program there is an opportunity to be a permanent member of the Advice team where you will create workplace relations solutions to our SME clients across Australia. From here, there are multiple career paths to choose from.

The Graduate Experience.
You will work alongside extraordinarily talented employment and workplace relations specialists coming from a variety of backgrounds. You will be “buddied” up with an existing member of our team to give you support and guidance where you will gain experience multiple sides of our business to give you a clear understanding of workplace relations. There are also group training sessions, projects and direct interaction with our clients.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this Graduate Program as you will be heavily involved in document consulting and reporting. Over the phone skills are just as important as you will be taking calls from clients and you will need to be able to determine their needs.
Qualifications in HR or Law are ideal for this Program. We are looking for those who developed a passion for their Industrial Relations studies and are looking to match that with a passion for client experience. Previous working experience is not required however a background in retail, hospitality or other customer service based roles will be highly regarded.
The Recruitment Process.

- Group interviews will be held in the last week of July
- Final round interviews will be held between 5 and 9 August

- The Program will commence in September 2019
