  • Disciplinary Procedure

    Refers to a business’ process and procedures for dealing with issues and instances of misconduct. Ordinarily, a disciplinary procedure is created with the intention of maximising the likelihood of termination which may result from the process and not be considered as harsh. The criteria for what is considered as harsh is set out in the section 387 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
