    Allows an employee on unpaid parental leave to go back to work for a few days. For parents who are caring for a newborn or adoptive child, these days help them keep in touch with colleagues and management, refresh their skills and make the transition of returning to the workforce easier.

    Employees on unpaid parental leave get ten keeping in touch days which will not affect their unpaid parental leave entitlements. If an employee extends their unpaid parental leave for another 12 months, they receive an extra ten keeping in touch days.
