Nasim graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor degree majoring in Human Resource Management. Throughout his degree, Nasim gained experience through his work as a Human Resources and WHS Coordinator in the building and construction industry.

Following his degree, Nasim began advising small to medium business on their WHS and employment relations obligations where he thrived on the practical application of his theoretical knowledge. His experience has given him insight into the small to medium business landscape of Australia. He is committed to encouraging fair and safe workplaces across the nation.
