
Stephen Roebuck
Head of Operations
Stephen Graduated from the University of Glasgow with an Honours degree in Management and has worked in management roles in a number of businesses including start ups in both Glasgow and London.After emigrating to the Australia in 2009, Stephen worked in a number of generalist HR roles before moving into the world of Employment Relations working as an Adviser, Consultant, and ER Advisor manager prior to joining Employsure.
Steven eventually joined Employsure as an ER Consultant in 2013 and quickly worked his way up to managing ER professionals. He is currently Employsure's Head of Operations in ANZ, and is responsible for the delivery of the company's Employment Relations and Health and Safety Services to 31,000 clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Steven also sits on the Small Business Association of Australia Think Tank, and his professional interests include: small business operating models, scaling small business, managing people and ER/IR
