In our first episode of Employsure Voices, we feature Jeremy from Stagekings. Stagekings designs and builds custom stages and event structures in Australia. They have delivered major projects for different levels of government, built entire television studios, created theatre structures and live music stages.

When Jeremy approached us in 2016, we sat down with him to understand the business and his needs and concerns. Our team reviewed their processes and assisted them in recruitment policies and documents.  

It was March 2020, when the entire Australian event industry came to a standstill. It was the first national industry to be completely affected due to the COVID-19 crisis. Stagekings was immediately impacted and felt the pressure of COVID-19 on their business model. Jeremy approached Employsure and together we codeveloped a method to pivot and thrive. He trusted us to deliver, and we believed in his company. We implemented HR policies and created processes for his team to diversify and stay prepared for the new challenges ahead.
