Kirsty is passionate about supporting businesses to achieve workplace relations compliance. Kirsty helps businesses by providing expert advice, which meets industry-specific conditions tailored to the business’ needs.
In September 2020, Kirsty joined Employsure as an Employment Relations Consultant. In this role, Kirsty assists clients in understanding legislation and how it applies to their business. In practice, she reviews a business’ workplace practices, proposing appropriate solutions to any gaps in their workplace relations and workplace health and safety policies and processes.
Kirsty has a unique, yet adaptable, skillset. She has built an extensive knowledge of workplace relations and health and safety throughout her career, especially with regards to the construction and logistics industries. Her career experiences are complemented by her educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Science) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Building from her previous experience managing industrial grievances and large-scale remediation works, Kirsty consistently demonstrates an ability to successfully tackle complex issues and achieve results.
