All outcomes provided by these calculators are based on the information you provide at the time of calculation, and are reliant upon you complying with your obligations under the applicable award (including any annualised wage provisions). We recommend you refer to the applicable award and your Employsure Award Pay Rate Schedules when using these calculators.

We recommend you review each employee’s annual salary at any time there is a change in the award, the award rates of pay, and when terms or conditions change. In particular, it is important to review salaries on each anniversary from entering into the arrangement, on termination of the employee’s employment, or (for some awards) on termination of the annualised salary agreement.
