Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations Tony Burke introduced the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill 2022, which is aimed at closing the gender pay gap, expanding multi-employer bargaining and bringing in flexible rostering rights.
