Employsure Culture Stories | Adrian Momand
Published: December 7, 2023
Growth organisation is not just a buzzword for us, it's a value our people display every single day. We bring the right attitude, we show up, and we are committed to being better in everything we do. Adrian Momand reflects these values, and his career has been a stellar example for everyone in the business. Keeping up with our high reward and high recognition culture, John Werner presented Adrian Momand with the keys to his new company BMW. A moment that Adrian has worked really hard for, this is just one of the many success stories we see at Employsure and Peninsula Group daily.

Yeah this one is a Bittersweet moment
for me, this last 12 months I
lost my my dad to liver cancer,
just prior to the end of financial year
for Employsure, March 25th. You know, for
the first three months of the new year
was a bit of a whirlwind for me mentally
physically, emotionally and um
I quickly got back on the horse I guess
and that's I guess what he would
have wanted and to achieve you
know the BMW again in that short
amount of time I guess it's a
Bittersweet moment for me and I
certainly dedicate this one to to Dad.
This is insane, wow.
My son has been non-stop talking about
the BMW.
That new car smell
oh new gym bag as well thank you so much.
Oh stop it. My journey for the last four
years over Employsure have been
nothing short of remarkable
not only financial achievement, me
personally, and for my family but the
business has given me a lot more than
what I could have ever asked for. So I do
want to take this moment to say thank
you to David Price and John Werner in
Australia and to my team leader,
Matt Innes. thank you all for your your help
and contribution to getting me to where
I am today so greatly appreciated thank
you guys
