Employsure Voices | Vets for Pets
Published: December 7, 2023
Employsure Voices is our way of shining the spotlight on our clients and their stories. This month we spoke with Mudher from Vets for Pets. With the business opening new practices throughout Sydney, they turned to Employsure to ensure they were meeting their obligations to a growing workforce. Vets for Pets rely on the 24/7 advice line, and the support of a company with knowledge on the latest policies and procedures.

We are a group of veterinary clinics.
The first clinic
started back in 2010,
2021 we thought it’s best that
we all come together as one,
you know, unit.
So we created the brand of Vets for Pets.
When you grow, you have more challenges
because you are increasing
your number of staff members, you’re
increasing the number of your services.
As an employer
we need to
make sure that our obligations to
those employees
are being achieved on a daily basis.
I attended a webinar with UVG.
One of the Employsure staff members
who were presenting at the time were saying,
If you are interested, please,
you know,
text us,
send me an email, and right away
I messaged saying,
“Can we meet next week?”
or can we meet, you know,
I can't remember next week
or the day after.
Employsure, they have a technical support
team 24/7, which is, you know, great.
So every time we call them
someone’s going to pick up the call
and they always give us the right advice,
you know.
So that's what we started to do.
One of the great services provided to us
by Employsure,
is providing a detailed
employee handbook,
and that handbook
included each
and every obligation
entitled to the employee
and entitled to the employer as well.
Not any manager can be an HR manager.
So this is one of the things
that, you know,
Employsure helped us with.
They know how to do HR.
They know the regulations, they know
the updated policies and procedures.
So why not?
