Peninsula have been recognised for an exceptional culture and outstanding work across diversity and inclusion, access to technology, and recruiting and onboarding; in a total of four categories in the annual HRD Employer of Choice Awards.
HRD’s annual survey, which rates Australian organisations from the perspective of their employees, assesses a wide range of key areas, from remuneration satisfaction through to leadership effectiveness, and overall engagement.
Peninsula, a fast-growing organisation with over 600 employees across two markets in just nine years received the Bronze medal for Employer of Choice (500+ employees) and was also recognised as a top performer in the Recruitment and Onboarding, Diversity and Inclusion, and Access to Technology categories.
The Head of Talent at Peninsula Michael Morris said it was, “An honour to receive the recognition from a rigorous judging process by a panel of HR directors from some of Australia’s most successful organisations.”
