Peninsula has been recognised for its exceptional culture and outstanding work in recruiting and onboarding, taking out HR team of the Year at the prestigious Australian HR Awards on Friday night.
The Head of Talent at Peninsula Michael Morris sits at the heart of Peninsula’s expansion, tasked with attracting, retaining and managing people. Under his stewardship, the business has grown to over 700 employees across Australia and New Zealand in just seven years.
People are at the heart of Peninsula according to Michael, “As one of the fastest growing companies in Australia, we recognise that we can only achieve our strategic goals if we invest in our people. This investment covers a wide arc, from talent acquisition and onboarding, through to team engagement and developing future leaders for the business. We are incredibly focused on protecting and enhancing that investment through forward thinking and innovative programs,” he said.
